SHIPPING POLICY

At Shemamba, each order is crafted with intention and processed with care. As a Black-owned brand rooted in excellence and power, we take pride in delivering high-quality hair products that meet our standards — and yours.

Processing & Shipping Times:

Please allow 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Standard shipping applies.

Transit times may vary based on location and courier service.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses will be delayed and may result in additional fees.

 

 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, our team is here to help.
 

Exceptions:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and order number, and we will make it right.
